
Shipment Damage
If your order was damaged in shipping, please retain the packaging in case the carrier wants to inspect the damaged item. Please contact us via the most convenient method so we can file a shipping claim and arrange to replace your damaged item(s).
Returns
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we want to correct the problem. Please contact us via the most convenient method and we will work with you to resolve the problem. Returns should be sent via an insured carrier in their original packaging for protection. We are not responsible for lost returns.
Packaging Your Return
You can pack and send your return to us in a few easy steps.
1. Pack the items to be returned along with the receipt securely in the original container. If the original container is not available, you may use a different container. Please be sure to protect all items from shipping damage as we can not be responsible for items damaged in shipping if not packed properly.

3. Your return may be sent via any insured carrier of your choice.
Refunds
Patent Awards can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from us. To ensure a full refund, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
We will notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 days of our receiving your return.
