It’s easy to say “we sell quality products”. What does that mean? Throughout our facility, you will see our commitment to quality. On the walls, in bathroom stalls, in the break room, it’s everywhere. This is what it says:

Our team is committed to on-time, error free delivery of products and services that meet or exceed customer expectations. We will work to build relationships with our customers and suppliers through process control, continuous improvement and teamwork to ensure that quality is never compromised.

But just hanging some words on a wall doesn’t mean anything if we don’t understand it or believe in it. What is said and what is done is often two very different things. Our team embraces our commitment to quality.


Lucretia

I do my best to wow the customer with little details that make all the difference. Things like remembering a customer's name or order preference and going the extra mile whenever possible. I help ensure customer satisfaction. This often entails things like notifying individual customers when their patent grants, making sure our customer care specialists have the tools they need to make our customers happy, as well as ensuring that our products are consistently entered each time. I absolutely love it when our customers tell me that they order from us simply because we make ordering easy and enjoyable. We do everything we can to get it right the first time!


Andy

Whether creating artwork for an award, doing design work, or handcrafting our framed awards, my goal is to create products that will showcase your achievement proudly for years to come!

Kari
I create the artwork for the awards, double checking that everything is correct before passing onto production. I also prep many of the components used for the awards, always making sure to follow our specifications as well as ensure that high quality materials are being used on your award.
Cathy

As Accounting Manager for Patent Awards, my main connection with the customer is through correspondence and phone calls having to do with Accounts Receivables.  Sometimes this is simple and other times it takes more creativity.

Financial matters don't have to be dull and boring. I like to add personality when touching the customer, further adding to the positive experience of working with Patent Awards.

       

Rodney

I'm the main person that handcrafts the awards. When I'm working on your award, making a high quality product is my #1 priority. When handcrafting our products, what matters most to me is that each award is created to your specifications and that you will be proud to display it for years to come.
