Shipping Information

All plaques ship within 10 business days of order receipt. To determine the approximate time it will take to receive your plaque, please add the 10 processing days to the days in transit. For example, if you are shipping to the United Kingdom, you would estimate arrival in 10 (processing) + 2-3(shipping) or 12 - 13 business days total due to use of UPS Worldwide Express ^SM.

For those in the United States who can not provide a UPS deliverable street address and those shipping to APO/FPO addresses, we will ship via United States Post Office Priority Mail (2-3 days transit). You will be charged an additional $20 over the UPS Ground rates shown for the continental United States.

Thank you for understanding that we cannot provide all details as we do few international shipments and are not proficient in international policies.
We get many requests asking us to place a low value or no value on export items. Please understand that this is illegal and we cannot do this. All international shipments leave our facilities with Commercial Invoices stating the actual amount paid. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
