All plaques ship within 10 business days of order receipt. To determine the approximate time it will take to receive your plaque, please add the 10 processing days to the days in transit. For example, if you are shipping to the United Kingdom, you would estimate arrival in 10 (processing) + 2-3(shipping) or 12 - 13 business days total due to use of UPS Worldwide Express SM.
For those in the United States who can not provide a UPS deliverable street address and those shipping to APO/FPO addresses, we will ship via United States Post Office Priority Mail (2-3 days transit). You will be charged an additional $20 over the UPS Ground rates shown for the continental United States.
Canadian shipments are subject to your local VAT tax and duty charges. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you as well; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
