Returns
If you receive a plaque damaged in shipping or are not happy with your purchase, contact us by mail, e-mail, phone or fax within 30 days of delivery. If you find shipping damage, please retain the packaging in case the carrier wants to inspect the damaged item and how it was packaged. We will file the shipping claim and arrange to send you a replacement plaque.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we want to correct the problem. Please contact us via the most convenient method and we will work with you to resolve the problem. Returns should be sent via an insured carrier in their original packaging for protection. We are not responsible for lost returns.
